I’m pretty sure I’ve made my thoughts on the matter clear but I encourage you to make your own mind up and read the report or a summarised version of it. Gizmodo’s coverage is quite good and echo’s my thoughts.

If you can wade through the political spin in the report you’ll probably come to the conclusion they have left a lot unsaid and not taken a lot of facts into account.
