Prices have just come up for the Modern Warfare 2 game for Australia and they are as follows (prices are from retailers – not the publisher):
The Prestige Edition = $199.95. (Night Vision Goggles with a free game!!!)
The Hardened Edition = $149.95. (Night Vision Goggle-less)
And I am sure the game on its own will probably set you back around $100.
Who is gettin what? Who is getting this game at all??
I think I have better things to spend $200 on.
I’m genuinely staggered that they are charging that much.
I dont see why its a shock. The Halo 3 legendary was $200, and that only had a helmet – this has NIGHT VISION GOGGLES!
My first question is, why would you possibly want night vision goggles. If you really wanted to see in the dark we’ve invented light bulbs…….
If i get this ill be getting the standard game only version. I’d never use any extra stuff that was in a limited edition anyway.
